This family forward community is nestled in the heart of Phoenix with the Camelback Mountains in the backdrop.  Imagine history dating back to the early 1900’s, orange groves that permeate the air with the sweet floral notes.  

This neighborhood runs down camelback road, south to the canal, in between 44th and 68th street.  

Arcadia has become one of Phoenix’s dining hotspots!  Be sure to check out some of my favorites, Steak 44 and The Henry.  Don’t stop there though, there are several local restaurants to pick from!

The homes here are lined with the mature foliage, which adds to the established and quaint neighborhood feeling.  You will find a mixture of mid-century homes and new construction.
